Well, they've finally done it. Prince William and Kate Middleton got
married this morning:
29th April 2011, 11:15-11:20, Westminster Abbey, London, UK.
11:15 is when the first "I will"'s were said (there were quite a few); 11:20
is when the archbishop pronounced them man and wife. I don't know if anyone
has any views on which is best. There's only one or two degrees in it
anyway.

I admit, my prediction was bunk. Despite the prevailing awfulness of the
chart, the whole thing went perfectly fine. I really don't know what the
chart's on about.
The houses turn out as follows: Sun in 10th, heads of state, fair enough.
Jup, Mar, Mer & Ven 9th, which I associate with events that catch the public
imagination - and it couldn't have been much more so. Ura & Moon 8th -
anything to suggest? Nep in 7th, precisely conjunct asteroid "Kate". This
asteroid-name business is really ridiculous, but keeps working. (Cp.
asteroid "Diana" at both of Prince Charles's weddings). Both precisely
oppose Regulus.
Sat 3rd, exactly con IC. For the wedding itself, rather suggests the long,
slow, traditional speeches that made up the actual mechanics of the
ceremony. More generally, the weight of tradition. Plu 6th squares Sat,
Ura, Ven & Mer. What's that about?
