I shall not attempt to explain the actual death of Whitney Houston,
but there are a few astrological facts that seem to relate to the
situation that I thought I should present. As my primary astrological
interest is in the Luminaries, I usually check whether or not they
seem to relate to an event astrologically.
In this case, that certainly seems to be the case.
First, the lunar eclipse in December 2011 occurred precisely (same
degree) upon Whitney Houston's MC/IC-axis. The eclipsed Moon,
furthermore, was conjunct the Sun/Moon-midpoint of Whitney Houston
(Sun 17 Leo, Moon 18 Aries).
As Full Moons and New Moons occur in the same degree all during
winter, this winter 19° Libra, Scorpio, Sag, etc, we also know that
even apart from the eclipse, her Sun and Moon, and the midpoint, have
been heavily aspected by the Full Moons since Full Moon in Libra. As
she has Saturn opposing the Sun and the North Node in this degree
range, they are also touched by this monthly "irradiation".
This is not in itself a bad thing. Nothing is good or bad in itself,
but thinking makes it so, etc. I experienced a similar "irradiation"
of my natal Sun and other positions about ten years ago, and for me
that led to an immense physical healing, from a life-threatening
illness no less.
In my interpretation eclipses "shed light upon" the life area touched
by the eclipse. This may seem counterintuitive as eclipses are about a
lack of light, but, nevertheless, that is my interpretation. What is
under the influence of an eclipse becomes highly accentuated, as if
there was a spotlight upon it. I suppose that just as well as leading
to an experience of healing, as I was fortunate enough to have, this
"spotlight" may be a very stressful time. Because, remember, it is not
an isolated event but something that goes on and on, for month after
month.
Without making any guess at what happened during Whitney Houston's
last hours, or what astrologically triggered this set of
circumstances, I believe that the lunisolar situation that I have
described gives us the background. This was her "accumulated fate", in
some sense.
